Feasibility Study and Spatial Strategy – Georges Henri

This study explored the architectural and regulatory potential of a mixed-use building in Brussels, focusing on the transformation of a rear volume previously used for events. The project examined functional scenarios to activate the underused space—potentially as residential units or commercial uses—while addressing stringent fire safety requirements and spatial limitations. The work included design iterations, stakeholder consultations, and two formal submissions to the fire department.
