Intergenerational Multi-Family Building — Living and Working Together Sustainably

This two-unit multi-family building integrates an intergenerational triplex—housing elderly parents, parents, children, and the Archbeeld office—alongside a rental duplex that helps offset project costs. The design supports shared yet independent living, blending family life and professional activity under one roof. With a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, the project incorporates high-performance insulation, a heat pump, solar panels, and geothermal energy to achieve near self-sufficiency and long-term resilience.
